For me, it’s ensuring all of our talent is aligned and working together toward the same goal. One strategy that’s been very successful for us is having people spend time in other roles, even if only for a brief time. When our R&D leader spends the day in the field visiting customers, or the head of marketing is asked what production scheduling should look like, they’re able to understand each other’s challenges in a more tangible way and remain focused on what’s necessary for all of us to meet our goals.
